Chef & Creator, Joe Nicholson, learned his art at Maitreya Social, Bristol, with a follow-up stint at Brighton vegetarian stalwart Terre á Terre. His passion for inspired ethical dining is displayed at his occasional Bristol pop-up restaurant Hempty Plates.
He revels in sharing an abundance of colours, textures, flavours and fragrances in every dish he prepares.
